The standard check-in time is 3 pm.
Children below 4 years will be free of charge. Children from 4 till 11.99 will enjoy 50% discount from the adult rate. Children from 12 will be charged as adult.

Yes, you can prepay your clients stay before his arrival. Please inform our Reservations office about your request and they will send you the required details for the payment.
The standard check-out time is noon.
Each room comes with an electronic in-room safe.
You can order from outside but cannot be delivered to the room. However, you may go down and collect it yourself.
WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
Free parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

You can store your luggage safely at the reception if you arrive before your check-in time until your room is ready, or if you check-out early until it’s time for you to leave the hotel.
Breakfast is included in the booking price.
The minimum age required to reserve a room is 18 years. Couples willing to share a room, or a suite need to show a marriage certificate when making a reservation.
We will provide a crib to you at no extra cost for your baby or toddler.
The nearest airport, Al Alamein Airport, is 18.6 miles away. There is also Borg El Arab International Airport which can be reached by car in 75 minutes.
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail at the address listed in your booking form.
Smoking is allowed only on the balconies of our rooms, however, smoking inside the rooms is not.
